Supplemental Medical Insurance

Offered through Generali

Zuora provides all eligible ZEOs in Bulgaria with supplemental medical insurance through Generali, fully paid by the company. This plan includes comprehensive coverage for:

• Preventive care
• Outpatient medical services
• Hospitalization
• Dental care
• Chronic and pre-existing conditions
• COVID-19-related treatment

Dependent Coverage

ZEOs have the option to add eligible family members to their Generali medical plan at a personal cost of 77.07 BGN/39.40 EUR per person, per month.

Eligible family members include:

• Spouse - Includes persons living together on a family basis. Covered up to age 69.
• Children - Includes children of one of the spouses or cohabitants, adopted children or children cared for. Covered from birth up to age 26.
• Parents of the insured employee - Covered up to age 69.

To enroll or update a dependent’s coverage, send your dependent’s details to ZEOTotalRewards@zuora.com.

Please include dependent:

• Name
• EGN (Bulgarian Personal ID Number)
• Home address
• Phone
• Relationship to employee

The deadlines to enroll dependents can be found below:

• New Hires: Dependents must be added within 1 month of your start date.
• Current Employees: Dependents can only be added during the annual policy renewal period.
  
  • Enroll by November 22: Coverage begins December 1.
  • Enroll between November 23 – January 26: Coverage starts on the first day of the month following enrollment.

Only newborn children may be added mid-year. This must be done within 2 months of their birth date.

Life and Accidental Death Insurance

Offered through Generali

Enrollment: Enrollment is automatic, and the full cost is covered by Zuora.

Coverage Amount: Each insured person is covered for an amount equal to twice their annual gross salary.

In the Event of Death: The full insurance amount is paid to the heirs-at-law.

Coverage includes:

• Death due to accident (including workplace accidents)
• Death due to illness (including COVID-19)

In the Event of Permanent Disability: A percentage of the insurance amount is paid to the insured person, based on the degree of disability as determined by the relevant competent authority.

Coverage includes:

• Permanent disability due to accident (including workplace accidents)
• Permanent disability due to illness (including COVID-19)

Food Vouchers

Offered through Edenred

Employees receive digital food vouchers in the form of a prepaid Mastercard, valid for purchasing food and food products at restaurants and retail locations partnered with Edenred Bulgaria AD.

• Amount: 100 BGN/51.13 EUR per month
• Cost: Fully covered by Zuora

MultiSport Card

Zuora covers the full cost of the MultiSport card for all eligible ZEOs. Through MultiSport you can receive:

• Access to 1,000+ sports facilities and 500+ activities across Bulgaria
• Option to add family members and children (at an additional cost)
• Exclusive wellness content on the My MultiSport platform
• Special discounts and events for cardholders

You are eligible to request membership cards for your family members under the following guidelines:

• 1 relative over age 16: 99 BGN/50.64 EUR per month
• Up to 2 children under age 15: 39 BGN/19.95 EUR per month, per child

If you would like to request additional cards, please email EMEA Payroll at emea.payroll@zuora.com with the following information:

• For relatives over 16: Full name (first and last)
• For children under 15: Full name, birth month and year, and the employee's email address

Note: Children must be the employee's own.
