Subsidy for Annual Health Checks

For individuals under 35 years old:

Since the subsidy from the Japan Health Insurance Association (Kyokai Kenpo) is only available for those aged 35 and older, please feel free to undergo a medical checkup at a facility of your choice. You may also choose a facility from the list of approved medical institutions and receive the same general checkup.

For individuals 35 years old and above:

As the subsidy from the Japan Health Insurance Association (Kyokai Kenpo) is available for those aged 35 and older, please choose a facility from the list of approved medical institutions and schedule your checkup.

Annual Flu Vaccination Coverage

Zuora fully covers the cost of your annual flu shot, helping you stay protected during flu season.

Eligibility:

• The company has been covering the cost of Flu Vaccination not only for employees themselves, but also for their cohabiting family members, including two doses for children under the age of 13.

To request reimbursement for your annual health check or flu vaccination, please submit your claim via Navan, accessible through Okta.
